The 1.6 Vitality Membership requires a six-month minimum commitment and will automatically renew each month until you choose to cancel.

A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for automatic monthly payments.

If a payment is declined, we will attempt the charge once daily for up to three consecutive days. After that, your membership may be paused or canceled. If cancellation occurs within the initial six-month commitment period, any applicable early termination fees may apply as outlined in your membership agreement.

Monthly membership payments are non-refundable. Banked membership funds cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards, or transferred, and must be used toward One Point Six Aesthetics services or products.

Membership benefits, banked funds, and discounts are for the enrolled member only and may not be shared, gifted, or transferred.

Member discounts do not apply to treatment packages, already discounted services, or special promotions unless specifically stated.

One Point Six Aesthetics may modify or discontinue the 1.6 Vitality Membership program at any time. If the program is discontinued, any unused banked funds will remain on your account and can be used toward services or products at current pricing.

After the initial six-month commitment, members may request to place their membership on hold for up to two consecutive months per calendar year.
