Remy Paille, NP

As a UCSF trained Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, I come with years of experience working as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) as well as in acute care and integrative therapy related environments. My clinical passion lies in Functional Medicine—an approach that seeks to identify and address the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms.

Since 2022, I have focused my practice on longevity medicine, blending the art and science of living better for longer through a Functional Medicine lens. My goal is to optimize quality of life, support healthy aging, and help patients feel their best at every stage of life. I feel incredibly fortunate to do this meaningful work.

At the foundation of healthy aging are hormones—the powerful chemical messengers that regulate essential processes such as metabolism, mood, sleep, libido, and energy. As hormone levels naturally decline in midlife, these systems can become imbalanced, often impacting both physical and mental well-being in significant ways.  By forming a thoughtful partnership with each patient, I design individualized treatment plans that aim to restore balance, enhance performance, and align with both immediate concerns and long-term health goals.

Outside of the clinic, I find grounding and inspiration in nature—growing organic food, surfing the cold waters of Santa Cruz, exploring the coastline with my dogs, snow skiing, and spending quality time outdoors with family and friends.
